Ordering

How do I place an order?

Use the inquiry form on the contact page or email info@peptideatelier.ca with the products and quantities you need. We confirm availability and send Interac e-Transfer details. Orders ship once payment clears.

What payment methods do you accept?

Interac e-Transfer. It is fast, free for Canadian customers, and does not require us to route your details through a third-party processor.

Is there a minimum order?

No. You can order a single vial. Shipping is a flat cost, so small multiples are better value.

How quickly do you respond?

Usually within a few hours during business hours.

Can I order several products at once?

Yes. List every product and quantity in the inquiry form or your email — for example 'Retatrutide 20mg ×2, NAD+ 1000mg ×1'. We confirm the whole order in one reply and send a single e-Transfer request.

How do I know my order went through?

You will receive an email from us confirming stock and giving Interac e-Transfer details. If you don't see it within a business day, check your spam folder, then email info@peptideatelier.ca directly. We don't ship until we have confirmed with you.

Do the prices on the site include shipping?

No. Prices are per vial in Canadian dollars. Shipping is a flat charge added once per order, quoted in our confirmation email before you pay.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

Anywhere in Canada. Because we ship domestically from Edmonton, there is no customs risk and no international transit time.

How long does delivery take?

Typically 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed, with tracking provided on dispatch.

Is packaging discreet?

Yes. Plain outer packaging with no branding. Peptides ship lyophilized, which is stable at ambient temperature for the duration of transit.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. Every order ships tracked, and we email the tracking number on dispatch.

Is it safe to ship peptides in summer or winter?

Lyophilized peptides tolerate the temperatures of a few days in transit; freeze-drying is what makes them stable. The one exception is our pre-mixed L-Carnitine solution, which ships with a cold pack. Refrigerate everything on arrival.

Do you ship outside Canada?

No. We ship within Canada only. That keeps transit short and avoids customs entirely.

Products & Quality

What does lyophilized mean?

Freeze-dried into a powder. It is the most stable form for storage and shipping. Before use it must be reconstituted, normally with bacteriostatic water.

How should products be stored?

Lyophilized vials: cool, dark, dry — a refrigerator is ideal. Once reconstituted, refrigerate and use within a reasonable period. Pre-mixed solutions such as L-Carnitine should be refrigerated on arrival.

Why is my GHK-Cu or Klow solution blue?

That is the copper complex. It is expected and is not a sign of contamination.

The vial looks almost empty. Is something missing?

No. A few milligrams of lyophilized peptide is a very small amount of material — typically a thin white disc or film at the bottom of the vial, sometimes a loose powder. The vial is sized for the solvent you add, not for the powder.

Do I need bacteriostatic water?

Yes, for every lyophilized product. Bacteriostatic water contains 0.9% benzyl alcohol, which keeps a multi-dose vial free of bacterial growth between uses. We sell the Pfizer product; plain sterile water is single-use only.

How long does a lyophilized vial last?

Kept sealed, cold and dark, most lyophilized peptides remain stable for a year or more; frozen, longer. Once reconstituted, keep the vial refrigerated at 2–8 °C and use it within a few weeks. Some compounds are less stable in solution — glutathione and NAD+ in particular — and should be used promptly.

What is the difference between BPC-157 and the BPC-157 / TB-500 blend?

The single-compound vial contains 10mg of BPC-157 only. The blend contains 10mg of BPC-157 and 10mg of TB-500 lyophilized together, so one reconstitution gives both compounds in a single solution.

What is Klow?

A four-compound blend of GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV lyophilized together in one 80mg vial. Each component has its own product page; Klow exists so that all four can be reconstituted from one vial.

Which products are solutions rather than powders?

Only L-Carnitine, which is supplied pre-mixed at 600mg/mL. Everything else in the catalogue is a lyophilized powder that you reconstitute yourself.

Where can I find the sequence, molecular weight or CAS number of a peptide?

On its product page, under Molecular details. Each page also has a short account of the compound's origin and mechanism and links to the peer-reviewed papers it summarises.

Reconstitution & Handling

How do I reconstitute a lyophilized peptide?

Wipe the stopper with alcohol, draw the bacteriostatic water into a syringe, and let it run slowly down the inside wall of the vial rather than onto the powder. Swirl gently until the solution is clear. Never shake — peptides are long molecules that can aggregate and lose activity when agitated.

How much water do I add?

That sets the concentration. Adding 1 mL to a 10mg vial gives 10 mg/mL; adding 2 mL gives 5 mg/mL. Each product page lists a typical working concentration under Handling. Use the volume that gives a concentration convenient for your work.

The solution is cloudy or has particles. What happened?

Usually the peptide has not fully dissolved yet — give it a few more minutes and a gentle swirl. If it stays cloudy, or if a previously clear solution turns cloudy, the peptide may have aggregated or degraded, often from shaking, heat or age. Don't use it; contact us.

Should I freeze reconstituted peptides?

Generally no. Repeated freeze–thaw cycles damage peptides. Refrigerate at 2–8 °C and use within a few weeks. If you must store solution longer, divide it into single-use portions before freezing once.

Research Use

What are these products for?

All products are supplied strictly for laboratory research. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, or for any diagnostic or therapeutic purpose.

Who can order?

Researchers and laboratories. By ordering you confirm that you are purchasing for research use and that you will comply with all regulations applicable to you.

Are these products approved by Health Canada?

No. None of the peptides in our catalogue is authorised by Health Canada or any other regulator for human or veterinary use, and injectable peptides are treated as prescription drugs in Canada. They are supplied solely as research chemicals for laboratory use. The exception is Pfizer bacteriostatic water, which is a licensed pharmaceutical product.

Do you provide dosing information or protocols?

No. We supply research materials and the published science behind them; we do not offer protocols, dosing, or advice on use, and we will not answer questions asking for it.

Where does the information on the product pages come from?

From peer-reviewed literature, which each page cites with links to PubMed. The pages summarise what has been studied and reported, mostly in cell and animal models; they are not claims that a compound has any particular effect.

Privacy & Security

What information do you keep about me?

Only what an order needs: your name, contact details, shipping address and what you ordered. We keep no card numbers — Interac e-Transfer is handled by your bank — and this site sets no cookies and runs no trackers. The full policy is on our privacy page.

Is the site secure?

Yes. It is served only over HTTPS, and the inquiry form is delivered to our inbox over an encrypted connection. We never ask for banking credentials.

Still have a question?
