Klow

GHK-Cu · BPC-157 · TB-500 · KPV blend

Klow is a four-peptide blend combining GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV in a single vial. It brings together the copper peptide most studied for collagen remodelling with three repair and anti-inflammatory peptides. Supplied lyophilized, 80mg total per vial.

About Klow

Klow is a four-compound blend: GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV, lyophilized together in an 80 mg vial. Each component is profiled on its own page; the blend exists so that all four can be reconstituted from a single vial for research on tissue repair and inflammation, where they are frequently studied together.

The four act on distinct pathways — GHK-Cu on collagen and gene expression, BPC-157 on growth-factor and angiogenic signalling, thymosin β4 (TB-500) on cell migration, and KPV on melanocortin-mediated anti-inflammatory signalling — which is the rationale for combining them. The copper complex gives the reconstituted solution a blue tint; that is expected, not a sign of contamination.

Mechanism

GHK-Cu delivers copper to enzymes such as lysyl oxidase and modulates the expression of thousands of genes involved in tissue remodelling. BPC-157 promotes angiogenesis and fibroblast migration. Thymosin β4 regulates actin polymerisation and cell movement into injured tissue. KPV, the C-terminal tripeptide of α-MSH, reduces NF-κB-driven inflammatory signalling. Together they cover the inflammatory, proliferative and remodelling phases of repair that are studied in wound-healing models.

Areas of research

  1. GHK-Cu: copper-binding tripeptide studied for collagen synthesis and tissue remodelling
  2. BPC-157 and TB-500: the standard pairing in musculoskeletal repair research
  3. KPV: alpha-MSH fragment studied for anti-inflammatory signalling
  4. Single-vial format simplifies handling for combined protocols

Storage

Lyophilized: store cool, dark and dry — refrigeration is ideal. Once reconstituted, refrigerate at 2–8 °C.

Reconstitution

Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water. Solution will be blue from the copper complex — this is expected.

Handling

Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water — 2 to 4 mL per vial depending on the working concentration you need. Swirl gently; the copper complex dissolves to a clear blue solution. Keep the vial cold and dark before and after reconstitution (2–8 °C) and protect from light; GHK-Cu is light- and pH-sensitive.
